Agent terms and conditions

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid National Identity Card. 2. Accurate information All details and documents you submit must be true and your own. False information leads to rejection or removal. 3. Bookings Agents book rides only with the consent of their customers and must share accurate pickup and drop-off details. 4. Commission Commission is paid only on completed rides. Zebar may change commission rates with notice in the agent portal. 5. Account security Keep your password private. You are responsible for bookings made through your agent account. 6. Termination Zebar may suspend or close an agent account that breaks these terms.
